#birds,#BirdsSeenIn2025,@WMBD Along a seldom-traveled road between rice fields, I first thought this bird was dead. But no, it seemed scared to move. The photos tell the story. Of note, a Striated Heron and Kingfisher watched, so at least the bird has witnesses to its story!
