Yesterday, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals struck down California’s law requiring background checks to purchase ammunition. This safeguard prevents criminals from illegally buying ammo. Without it, CA communities will be at increased risk. CA must fight this dangerous decision.

🚨BREAKING🚨 Earlier today, Senator Chris Murphy introduced amendment to H.R. 3944 to raise the NFA tax as high as $4,709. This amendment clearly violates Senate Standing Rule XVI. GOA is working with several Senate allies who have already promised to fight back.
