While deadlift is overrated, no. I don’t ignorantly chase heavy weight for vanity nor max out. I use weight I can properly handle with good form. Just because you’re not strong enough do what someone else can do doesn’t mean your weaknesses apply to them. Bless your heart. 🙏🏻
