Well, all I can say is, folks better get used to it. Point Book is here to stay.
He's more fun at 2, I'm not a fan of book 1 but he still does the job
I also expect the Suns to have a better defensive year than last season, simply because the bar was set historically low. Having to play Tyus Jones so many minutes with other guards was just a nasty recipe. Probably won't be league-average, but I could see solid improvement.
Allisha Gray is now shooting 39.3% from three on 6.3 attempts per game after another stellar performance tonight. She’s currently averaging career-highs in true shooting AND three-point attempt rate.
Allisha Gray is so good. Executed a perfect backdoor cut, then drew two defenders on the next possession and used that advantage to set up Naz Hillmon. 21 points on 8/11 shooting for Gray

Just a massive W
The Phoenix Suns have claimed former Lakers guard Jordan Goodwin off free agency waivers, sources tell ESPN. Goodwin, waived by the Lakers to create roster space for Marcus Smart, is a gritty, upside pickup for the Suns backcourt.
“This energy of ‘us,’ that is a Nate Tibbetts trademark.” In my @PHNX_Sports debut, I spoke with Nate Tibbetts in the "principal's office" and wrote about how he is turning the ragtag Phoenix Mercury into a surprise WNBA contender: gophnx.com/how-nate-tibbe…
Spread pick-and-roll heaven, man
Random offseason thought: Those late 2000s Orlando Magic teams with Dwight Howard had an underrated impact on the way basketball is played.
Kevin Durant and Josh Okogie, reuniting in H-town
Free agent forward Josh Okogie has agreed to a one-year, $3.1 million deal with the Houston Rockets, sources tell ESPN. Okogie enters his 8th NBA season and gives the Rockets another active wing defender who has averaged 6.3 points over 416 games.
I’m not sure folks out there realize CP3 has two of the greatest individual seasons we’ve ever seen — regardless of size or position — and those took place more than 15 years ago. Go watch some of the damage he was inflicting in 2008 and 2009.
Fun fact: If Chris Paul plays 17 games this year, the Clippers will be the franchise he’s represented the most during his regular season career. It’s currently: Hornets – 425 games Clippers – 409 Suns – 194
Would definitely bet on OKC repeating and breaking the seven-year streak of unique champions, especially with all of this player movement around them. Other West teams having to integrate new pieces, while they’re simply building on a proven formula and stacking internal growth.
In the Clippers' statement, Lawrence Frank confirms Chris Paul is joining as a reserve point guard and "is excited to fill whatever role Ty Lue asks him to play."
