#YaleCSEI had the pleasure of hosting Nicolas Chevrier (Assoc Prof at #UChicagoPME) today! Dr. Chevrier presented on using his group's ArraySeq technique to conduct spatial genomic profiling on whole-murine sections. Interesting approach to analyze organism-wide cell responses!

We’re excited to officially launch CZ Biohub New York! With @Columbia, @RockefellerUniv, and @Yale, work is already underway at #CZBiohubNY, building on what’s known about immune cells & leveraging insights to teach our own cells how to fight and win against dangerous diseases.

At the kickoff for #CZBiohubNY this week, Dean Nancy J. Brown says @czbiohub is bringing researchers and resources from YSM, @Columbia, and @RockefellerUniv together to improve early detection and treatment for #cancers as well as #neurodegenerative and #autoimmune diseases.

In a study published in @NatureMedicine, @YaleCSEI's @tsanglab and colleagues created an #AI-powered metric of immune health that can predict patient responses to #treatment or #vaccination and mark invisible health declines in otherwise healthy #aging. medicine.yale.edu/news-article/c…
