I hope by doing this, the member didn't ruffle any feathers. I am sure it didn't take long to peace together, especially given the dove was probably coo-operative. I'm sure no foul play was suspected.
While out on duty yesterday, Cst. Ogilvie was told about a dove in distress that had been cooing in the same spot all day, unable to fly. 🕊️ She gently collected the bird and brought it to the Surrey Animal Resource Centre, where it's now receiving care.

Proud of my wife for continually speaking out. It's amazing how much stuff comes out when people leave Policing and feel uninhibited. Most members get disciplined for speaking out. There needs to better protections for those that step up and speak out. cbc.ca/player/play/vi…
