Hosted some school leaders from schools with similar contexts, in our department this week, to discuss our ways of working. Great feedback from our head who told me they said the head of science was βphenomenalβ. Was great to hear!!

Giving all English teachers double the amount of PPA everyone else gets to account for marking. And yes I know double isn't enough but it's a start.
