Proud to share scMultiSim, a simulator of single cell multi-omics data guided by gene regulatory networks and cell-cell interactions. With ground-truth cell identity, GRN and CCIs, this tool can be used to benchmark multi-omics integration methods, GRN and CCI inference methods.
First pre-print from the lab! Together with @lucapinello and @danielevanbauer we developed CRISPR-CLEAR, an experimental and computational pipeline to dissect enhancers at nucleotide resolution. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
