Just had my first session preplanning the mental development of an athlete for his box fight in November. ngl I am so hyped.. my first boxer athlete.. 🤩 I already see such a potential for his mental growth there.. and for mine to master new discipline! 🥊🥊 #hype

That one got me off so much.. We met Diogo very briefly during EWC last year, yet he left an impression of a very warm and friendly person.. Moments like this one show that life is so fragile.. remember to live it not just exist in it.. Rest in Peace Lad! 🖤
