BREAKING: Judge Chamberlain is withholding judgment until next week. There will be a further hearing on Wednesday 30 July when the full judgment will be handed down to both parties.
Judge Chamberlain has delayed the judgment on Palestine Action founder Huda Ammori’s application to bring a full judicial review over the group’s ban. The judge has specifically cited our recent Lift The Ban sign-holding arrest events as a potential reason to review the ban.
