Greensburg survey completed! This case is more interesting because it goes to show theres much more going on with subvortices as tornadoes interact with higher surface roughnesses at slower forward speeds. If I could do a Joplin one, I'm sure it would yield similar results.

Impressive display from this supercell yesterday, where one (if not two) completely occluded tornadic updrafts are nearly entirely visible. This is thanks to extreme stretching caused by an abundance of 3km CAPE and ample ambient sfc vorticity, w/ excessive venting in the UL's.
