Big shout out to all the great Kiwi farmers! Never listen to the haters. You are the heart of this country. Those of us with functioning brains, love your efforts & appreciate you for feeding us & keeping this economy ticking over. Please never forget that!
I'm not a fan of Sonny Bill Williams, the man. But he was robbed tonight. He won that fight comfortably, in my opinion.
Does anyone else find it quite galling the level of superannuation that NZ MPs can receive? For every $1 an MP puts in, they get $2.50 from the taxpayer. Up to 20% of their already generous salary. The average Kiwi worker will soon reach the glorious heights of 4%. Lucky us...
💸 $10 Million for More Reports? The Government has handed over more than $10 million to the University of Waikato's WERO project to "investigate racism" and write reports on how to stop it. So far, that money has gone toward: 📚 Dozens of academic papers, 🧪 Workshops and hui,…
It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and…
What drives the offspring of the muddling classes to adorn themselves with pounamu lanyards and woke ideology? I look to an American sociology professor, and Malcolm X, for answers. stuff.co.nz/nz-news/360762…
In June 2023, our Public Service employed 63,117 full-time equivalent staff. In June 2025, the Public Service employed 63,238 full-time equivalent staff. This represents an increase of 0.2%. So much for cutting the bloat out of our Public Service, as the majority voted for.
Wellington rates rose roughly 25% in the last two years. Mayoral candidate Andrew Little has an awful record & opposes rate caps. He has also stated he wouldn't sign a letter prioritizing Wellington over Labour. Yet, he’s still a strong contender? Come on, Wellington!
Socialism ✅ Resentment ✅ Fake compassion ✅ Tyranny ✅ Fake tolerance ✅ Perfect description for Labour

🏝️ Reserve Bank or wellness retreat? The Reserve Bank spent $535,000 on wellness perks like gym memberships, $58,000 on home office subsidies, and close to $20,000 on morning teas - and that's on top of the nearly 100 days of leave they're entitled to. 💸 While Kiwis struggle…
Another @ReserveBankofNZ stuff up. Personally I'm a saver, so yay, but I know from my business client base this should have been a cut. Our bloated bureaucrats buffered by their six and seven figure taxpayer paid salaries - taxpayers, the ones taking all the risks in the…
Another case study in regulatory insanity. In rural Central Hawke’s Bay, a resource consent for a solar farm that could power around 7,500 homes came with conditions like these.

Every three years, the Youth Parliament squanders taxpayer funds on a frivolous spectacle. It’s neither essential nor valuable, merely a hollow gesture. Yet again, those in charge waste our hard earned money on inept, ridiculous, performative nonsense. End it today.
It will be interesting to see where this one goes... stuff.co.nz/nz-news/360743…
New Zealand definitely will not survive another Labour-led government as a liberal democracy, and almost certainly won't survive another Ardernist National-led one. No longer it seems, are there any democratic solutions to New Zealand's predicament.
Looks like we are getting a Labour/Greens/te pati racist govt next. This will be a dealbreaker for a lot of struggling kiwis who can’t find work or afford accommodation New Zealand removes a key requirement for Indian visa applicants m.economictimes.com/nri/migrate/ne…
