I've started working out a lot, and I'm about even with how strong I was 6 years ago. I will not stop working out and dieting until I look so good that you guys won't recognize me.
Dude if you want to experience the Gods of cardio, launch Beat Saber. Went from 285 calories burned to 290 in just 30 seconds. If I were to keep up that pace I'd burn roughly 600 calories per hour. No wonder I was fit back when I used to stream this 3-4 hours a day
