Clubs been underperforming in the Transfer market this summer. Picked up a copy of @WayneSBarton book on Jimmy Murphy from @easons . Looking towards to getting stuck into it, I wonder what he would make of the current state of @ManUtd #ManchesterUnited

David Peace, now that’s a masterpiece of a book isn’t it. Also recommended ‘The Day A Team Died’.
Pre-ordered! Currently have Munichs by David Peace on my to-read pile. While I know about the disaster etc, it is to my great shame that as a United fan since '93 I never learned the whole story of that era of the club's history. Trying to rectify that now!
Parts of it extremely tough to write but the story is so inspirational and so important to what Manchester United stand for. It’s one of the most important books I’ll ever write.
