If you guys want to fancast Bruce purely based on looks, I don't think there's a single actor out there that looks more like Bruce Wayne (at least as drawn by Neal Adams, Jim Aparo, Steve Englehart, and Dan Mora) than this guy, Paul Kelly. Hopefully his acting measures up.
