The IDEAS at DOM HEaR initiative hosted an amazing workshop on "The Healing Power of Sound" with Eileen Wolfington. Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more, Eileen helped us connect with our minds and bodies, leaving us calm, less stressed, and relaxed.

On Juneteenth, we celebrate the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States. Let us remember the bravery and resilience of those who fought for freedom and continue the work towards progress.
