t8 fakh has led to some of the most delusional takes I've ever seen. he's "fair" and "has weaknesses" and everyone mysteriously does incredibly well with him with minimal effort, almost as though he's still incredibly cheap and designed for babies

i'm saying this since day1. Tekken 8 is not competitive, the game and environment have the standards from 2 decades ago
Tekken 8 may also already be pushing the limits of PS5. So, they may have to create a performance mode with lower internal rendering, which would require additional dev time and QA testing. In any case, they probably can’t ship it like an on/off switch.
ps5s are used for prolonged times -> ps5 overheats + t8 has memory loss issues (in the big 2025) -> game overuses its memory allocation from just running it for too long (without restarting) and ps5 overheats which reduces performance too.
