If you’re looking for fun in the sand but can’t get to the beach, look no further I’ve been chatting to @RobDotHutton and @DuncanWeldon about Lawrence of Arabia on @WarMovieTheatre
Nothing is written! We're heading into the desert with Lawrence of Arabia. Has sand ever looked better? Has casting ever been more problematic? And has my telly broken, or is the screen supposed to be black for the overture? @RobDotHutton, @DuncanWeldon and @HackBlackburn
Word was that Peter O’Toole was so pretty, on-set the film was referred to as Florence Of Arabia.

The most amazing thing we learn from this @BFI piece on Derren Nesbitt, the Nastiest Nazi in cinema history, is that he's on screen for just six-and-a-half minutes of Where Eagles Dare. bfi.org.uk/features/fines…
Saturday morning podcast fun, as we sail the ocean wave in Master And Commander...
