What I'm picking from the #InHERLifetime report by @WRA_K and @FINDdx is that health policies often forget women over 45. There are no systems in place to address natural and important health issues such as Menopause. It's about time we embed #menopause care in national programs.

Women interpret self-care differently but for most, it means being clean or eating well. That is what data from #InHERLifetime report by @WRA_K & @FINDdx reveal. However, most don't consider rest as self-care. They call it laziness!! Wrong! We need to normalize REST as a RIGHT!

Are women only valued during their reproductive years? Insights from the #InHerLifetime report by @WRA_K and @FINDdx are concerning. Women over 45 are silently navigating #menopause with no #information, no #clinics, and no #support. Why is #silence still the #policy?

The #InHERLifetime report by @WRA_K and @FINDdx, many women define health as “not being sick.” That’s it. But would you blame them? That's how society has conditioned us to believe. But women want and need more in order to live, #healthy, #sustainable lives! #WhatWomenWant

Just got my hands on the #InHERLifetime report by @WRA_K and @FINDdx , and wow! what a powerful collection. Get this, 97,908 #women & #girls across 44 #counties shared what they REALLY want for their health & well-being. Interesting insights that'll be sharing as I unroll it.

Shocked by yesterday’s events in Nairobi’s CBD. We join all calls for accountability for excessive use of force by police, and for independent investigations into the use of “goons” to terrorise peaceful protesters, bystanders and businesses.

The irony of the findings in the report by @WRA_K on Unpaid work and Domestic care in @KajiadoGov, is that, while women are tasked with the responsibility of taking care of the livestock, men sell the livestock and benefit from the proceeds. #HerInvisibleLabour #WhatWomenWant

In Kajiado County, the burden of unpaid care work falls heavily on women and girls. There is a need for all stakeholders to #unite; Government, NGOs, Communities, and Families - must work together to create a more balanced and equal society. #HerInvisibleLabour #WhatWomenWant

This report pretty much has me hooked!! The research by @WRA_K has also uncovered a distressing reality: numerous women residing in @KajiadoGov revealed that instances of spousal abuse are widespread. A concerning trend that demands immediate intervention. #HerInvisibleLabour
