Yesterday, the Board of Supervisors approved leasing the historic Ashgrove House to Sheila Consaul through Fairfax County's Resident Curator Program. She'll be moving in this week. Hear how she plans to restore and preserve this 18th-century gem in the Hunter Mill District.

We had a lighthearted moment at today's Board of Supervisors meeting when @SupvBierman jokingly made a motion to declare the Dranesville District as the music "capital" of Fairfax County. Clearly, the true capital is Hunter Mill District. Here's my response.

Today the Board of Supervisors recognized @novaregion Executive Director Robert Lazaro for his many years of distinguished service to NVRC and our region. We often take for granted that our regional organizations are healthy and sustainable which is critical. Thank you Bob!
