Treasurer Pack toured Columbia Forest Products in Craigsville today with Plant Technician Jaden Gilpin. Columbia Forest Products is one of North America’s leading manufacturers of hardwood plywood. Our office is committed to further economic development in the state.

While in Summersville today, Treasurer Pack had the opportunity to meet with the Nicholas County Commission and receieve a tour, from commissioners, of the new Sheriff’s Office and 911 center. Our office is committed to helping local communities and law enforcement around WV.

This morning in Spencer, Treasurer Pack had the opportunity to tour Roane General Hospital with CEO Doug Bentz. The hospital is the largest employer in Roane County. Treasurer Pack has deep roots in healthcare and is committed to helping local hospitals around the state.

Treasurer Pack’s trip to Nicholas County on Wednesday was also highlighted by a tour of Summersville Lake State Park, led by Park Superintendent Keith Richardson, and a visit with Bright Horizons in Craigsville.

Nearly 15,000 students will receive full funding for the Hope Scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year. Treasurer Pack spoke to @WTOV9 about the increase from the 10,750 students who received some level of funding from the previous year.
