Black Sabbath was more of a Christian band than the Newsboys.
Ozzy dying has brought out all the 80s satanic panic "moral majority" people, I thought they were dead too.
Looking at whether a local big box was even still operating and saw a person with the title, "Ministry Operations Director". I might change my title on the Bethany website to that. Though I might fix it to "Ministry Operations Engineer".

Passed one of those "getting old" marks. Oldest daughter starts at a local community college in two weeks. Picked up her ID, books, got financial aid set, etc... this morning. She's in a medical assisting degree program (learning mainly office-type stuff). Excited for her.

Spent a wonderful week in Mexico witnessing to opportunities God is providing to help each of us in gospel grace as we grow the ARP in both of our countries. It was also good to be reminded how myopic and lacking in any real-world actuality the "Race Realism" and kinism stuff is.

Every time I come visit our Mexican brothers in IPAR I'm encouraged and blessed. So much we can learn from them. Found out today they do a similar thing as our ARP Appalachia mission to their "mountain folk" in the southern part of San Luis Potosi. God's kingdom is awesome.

Spending the day in the shadows of the Sierra Madre Occidental with our IPAR brothers in the southern part of San Luis Potosi state, in the town of Huichihuayan.

"The content of our prayers matter much and it is so much easier to bring the needs of brothers and sisters to God if we know what they are. Of course things like this are a two-way street." benjaminglaser.substack.com/p/fellowship-a…

"It is a Presbyterian principle founded upon the bible that the authoritative missions of men unto the work and office of the holy ministry, by the trial of gifts and qualifications, and setting apart to that sacred office belongs unto a constitute presbytery." -- John McKerrow
