LeBron was the BEST PLAYER in the world from the 48-special in Detroit to the night that Solomon Hill dove into his ankle. 2007-2021 give or take. Many forget that he was the leading MVP candidate in 2021 before the injury.
Best basketball player in the world since 2000 — Do you agree? (via @FanDuel)
He was one of the most aesthetically pleasing players I’ve ever watched.
LaMarcus Aldridge 11 middies at PHX
I’m so tired of everyone beating around the bush when it comes to Kuminga. The bottom line is that he’s entering Year 5 and he’s still super unpolished. He’s an athlete that needs a change of scenery and just isn’t/doesn’t want to be the guy Golden State needs him to be.
Almost everybody’s*
Kobe busted everybody’s favorite player’s ass yet everybody’s favorite player is somehow better than Kobe in 2025
Most PTS + REB + AST in NBA history: 1. 78,511 — LeBron James 2. 70,497 — Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Nobody is even CLOSE… 🤯

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
We gotta stop with this artwork nonsense where Luka is not put in the center. What are we doing?
It even goes beyond that. It’s hysterical how everyone is blatantly, flatly mad that LeBron is still so good. Many times when he’s talked about, it comes with this dismissive undertone. I mean hell, his own employer has operated as if they’ve been urgently waiting for him to…
The disappointment in Bill Simmons’ voice when Zach Lowe told him LeBron was the biggest topic of discussion at summer league was really funny but telling. They are genuinely mad cause he still matters this much. Lol
INSANE STAT: The only player to make 100% of their dunks last season on 50+ attempts — LeBron James In Year 22, he was 71/71 on his dunks… 🤯 (via @NBA)

That’s cool. Most 30/5/5 games in NBA history: 422 — LeBron 237 — MJ
just letting yall know Jordan average 30 for his career ,
Most 25/5/5 games in NBA history: 1. LeBron — 716 2. Harden — 336 3. Jordan — 319 More than 2nd and 3rd place have COMBINED… 🤯

Well, that was fast 🤷♂️
Jeff Teague says his comments about LeBron using steroids were just a joke
Well, at least he didn’t go to a contender. Still sucks though.
The Phoenix Suns have claimed former Lakers guard Jordan Goodwin off free agency waivers, sources tell ESPN. Goodwin, waived by the Lakers to create roster space for Marcus Smart, is a gritty, upside pickup for the Suns backcourt.
For the life of me, I don’t understand why Steph continues to get this honorary position above LeBron in recent years. He has never lived a day in his life as a better basketball player than LeBron James. A 40-year-old LeBron is still better at basketball than Steph. LeBron…
Our Top 10 Players In The NBA When Healthy: 1.Jokic 2.Giannis 3.SGA 4.Tatum 5.Luka 6.Joel Embiid 7.Steph curry 8.LeBron 9.Anthony Edwards 10.Kevin Durant
Yep, you get it. I believe Smart should start — just not in place of Reaves. Smart, Reaves, Luka, LeBron, Ayton just makes sense. You can deploy Smart on the best opposing guard/wing while Luka guards the worst of the forwards and LeBron guards the corner sitter as a backside…
Agreed. Was never going to happen. Possible though that Smart does start. With Smart defending the PG, Austin the SG & Luka the SF, the size is a little smaller but it actually only dimishes at PG, where Smart is a great defender. He could also take on the top scorer on the…
Why must we live in a world of absolutes? So, because people dabble in the GOAT debate, IT MUST ALSO mean that they don’t acknowledge that everything is obviously bigger than basketball? It’s a game. It’s entertainment. NBA talk for sports fans is one of the greatest pastimes…
"Y'all are arguing over who's the GOAT. I don't fu*king care…Basketball is bigger than the GOAT.” — Kyrie. 🗣️ (h/t @ohnohedidnt24)
The idea of Maxi Kleber is attractive to Lakers fans because they haven’t had a guy with his skillset in a while, but the reality is that he’s absolutely cooked. He’s worth the weight in gold as an $11M expiring contract.
His body is breaking down. He's played 37, 43, and 34 games in his ages 31, 32, and 33 seasons, . He'll be 34 in January. Minutes, scoring, shooting efficiency, all impact metrics have been trending straight down for 4 years now. It's time.
I can tell I’ll be doing this all summer lol
will never understand why people struggle so hard to grasp this concept
So, according to you, Luka won’t be assigned to guard any of the 5 players on the other team. No more basketball talk with you. Good day.
luka is a cone on defence against most guards, what makes you think he can guard players that are more physical, stronger and taller LMAO
You are who you guard. Positions on paper don’t matter — it’s about defensive slotting. Smart/Reaves: guard the best and 2nd best perimeter players. Luka/LeBron: guard the other 2 forwards Ayton: guards the center
oh, im sorry if i dont want a 6 foot 3 dude to start at sf or pf lol, the team will have zero size if rui is coming off the bench
Smart should start. Reaves should start. You answered your own question. If anyone is the odd man out, it’s Rui. The Lakers bench was ranked 29th in the NBA last season because they have horrendous depth — the funny thing is that Reaves plays a lot with the bench units anyway.…
reaves shouldn't be starting the bench is so terrible he should be the 6th man to get some scoring there, the starting defense is awful except for lebron so starting smart at the sg is the only viable option if they want to make it to the playoffs
