Today WHO had the pleasure of sharing the cervical cancer elimination acceleration plan with the women parliamentary caucus The plan was recently launched by the HRH Make LaMatsebula showcasing the governments’ commitment to eliminating cervical cancer in the kingdom.

HRH Inkhosikati LaMatsebula today launched the Eswatini National Cervical Cancer Elimination Acceleration Plan 2024–2030. The plan illustrates a roadmap with priority actions needed to achieve the 90-70-90 targets by 2030. "WHO committed to support implementation of the plan"

Today UN staff celebrated the eighth edition of the UN Blood donation session in celebration of World Blood Donor Day. 16 blood units were collected. "This is a time where we go beyond just preaching the gospel but walk the talk, where we donate blood" said WHO Rep Dr Susan Tembo

Today, the 2024 #Eswatini JEE results were disseminated to stakeholders ahead of the development of the National Action Plan for Health Security. #WHO led the JEE, to assess Eswatini's capacities and capabilities to prevent, detect and respond to public health threats.
