One thing that I've learned as a heart patient is that depression and anxiety can be insanely, and I mean insanely exacerbated.. I've now lost 40 lbs. and it's simply because I often can't eat. I'm just trying to get better and deal with certain traumas in my life with therapy..

My heart health is good and my mental health is good!! I haven't felt like myself in a few years and 2025 has been the most challenging time in my life! Thanks so much to all of my dear friends, family and medical providers for helping me come back. I have a lot to teach you!

I had to go to Lowe's, but I have internet access back to my home and also my office. Finishing this. If anyone wants to help me move out, I will pay you in thank yous and hot glue sticks. 😂🤣

I'm out here in 180 degree Kentucky heat, trying to splice this goddamned copper that the utility company crushed so I can just finish my work for you all. My heart medicine literally EXHAUSTS me after about 10 minutes of this shit.. It's rough, friends. Life is testing me..

The utilities company was fixing a water line on my property and managed to splice through my internet service. The sooner I get out of this God forsaken, cursed house, the better.. Jeeeeeeze!!! 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬

There's nothing worse than working on a house that has neither running water or electricity by yourself in the heat of July in SE Kentucky. Heat + being a heart patient are a disastrous combination. I'm afraid that much of the work that I need to do may have to wait until fall.
