Ballots for the 2025 Municipal Primary Election are in the mail starting today, July 22! Look out for yours and let our office know if you haven't received yours by next week.

The Municipal Primary is almost here! Don’t forget: ⭐️ Ballots must be received by Aug 12 at 8 PM. Postmarks don’t count! ⭐️ Mail your ballot early, use a drop box, or drop it off at a Vote Center. ⭐️ Check your registration (or register) at vote.utah.gov!

Before each election, we run a Logic & Accuracy demonstration to ensure ballots will be counted correctly. This public demo shows that our equipment works accurately and securely. Come see it for yourself on Friday, July 18!

The deadline to register to vote and receive a by-mail ballot for the August 12 Municipal Primary Election is just a month away! If there is a primary election in your area, make sure you're registered and ready to go before the deadline of Friday, August 1.

Utah’s election laws have changed. H.B. 300 brings new rules for voting. Some start now, others gradually roll out before becoming official in 2029. The first big change is that ballots must arrive by 8 PM on Election Day. We’ll keep you updated, but here’s the basics ⬇️




Heads up, Salt Lake County voters! A new law means starting this year, ballots must now be received by the clerk's office by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day to be counted - postmarks no longer count.
