Revelations today that not a single health board in Scotland has a policy for single sex changing rooms is shocking - and illegal. The Scottish Government must address this and issue orders to fix it. They have the legal powers to do so.

Sandie Peggie is a very brave woman. I urge the FM to declare his full support for safe spaces for women. The Scottish Government must not hide behind the sub justice rule - because that does not prevent them from declaring their view in principle.
