THIS. It is extremely tacky. Especially when SEGA’s team does a good job with monitoring and answering feedback as it is. It’s okay to provide CONSTRUCTIVE feedback through videos, threads, docs, etc., but tagging staff members is very entitled. They don’t owe you anything.
There’s something so parasocial about fans tagging SEGA staff with unsolicited advice and long ass docs no one with a job has time to read. We’ve always voiced our opinions and usually someone is watching But you’re not their boss, you’re not their mentor. Be fucking normal.
