Screaming at someone "This is hasbara!" is such a silly thing to do. Hasbara is basically Hebrew for PSA. Imagine someone replied to a post they don't like with "This is a PSA!" Wouldn't that be terribly silly? Are people doing this just because Hasbara is a scary, foreign word?

Hamas is not recognized as the legitimate government of Gaza by any state on the planet. Not even Qatar or Iran. Not even the PA. Literally no one considers it Gaza's government. Yet, at the same time, everyone accepts that Hamas can negotiate in Gaza's name. Why is that?

Gaza's misfortune is that its government and the people negotiating in its name don't live there. Most of them haven't set foot in Gaza in years. They're in Qatar, enjoying luxury and safety. Nothing that happens in Gaza affects them in any way. It's like a board game for them.

Dear Gaza! Iran won't save you. Syria won't save you. Europe won't save you. Hezbollah won't save you. The Houthis won't save you. Your allies have given up. Their help is "thoughts and prayers." It's time to end this farce. Release the hostages and surrender.
