Zhu
@VastayanSwine
Searching for a new place to call home. #LOLRP #OC #MVRP
“Hmm…” Zhu leaned back in his chairs, arms crossed. “Yeah, Ah’ can see why that’d make ya tired. It sounds like a whole bunch’f th’ same ol same ol, day after day.”
He blinked surprised before he looked back at his cup then back at Zhu. "I'm not suicidal. I'm just... I guess tired. Like There isn't really a huge point. I go off from one village to the next drinkin' and helpin' the folks then flit to the next place."
His ears flattened against his head a bit, and Zhu would soon lean against the bar. He’d lower his head, trying to get eye contact with the sullen samurai. “Ah’ care.” He answered with a tinge of worry in his voice. “An’ Ah’d listen if ya wanna talk.”
"Less that, more like... there feels like no purpose. Like there's just. Nothin'. Could talk about there bin'' somethin'. But who cares." There is a clear melancholy as he looks at the ceiling pouring another glass.
“Mmmmh, yeah. Ah’ know what ya mean. It’s hard ta find someone out there who really gets ya gets ya, ya know?” He leans back in his seats, which creak and groan beneath his weight.
He swirls his cup, half frowning. "Honestly...? Same. Feels like... there's just not a whole lot of purpose left. Not a whole lotta folks to talk to, not many care for a wandering ronin. No one to really grow old with."
“Yeah! That’s how Ah’ see it…kinda. Believin’ in somethin’ like that makes me feel all warm an’ fuzzy sometimes…that, or it jus’ gives me gas.” He shrugged, before taking the cup and clinking it against Yasuo’s for a toast.
He pours slower this time, a hand raised as if to pause him while he pours his own. "Spirits are... funny. So's religion. But there's proof for both. Must take an idiot to NOT believe in somethin' I guess." He picks the cup up offering it. "Might as well pick a peaceful one."
“Hmm…yeah, Ah’ guess it does, don’t it? My people didn’t have much’f that back home, sides prayin’ ta spirits, so it’s all new ta me still.” That one, too, is easily downed by the pig. He hiccups a bit after the fact.
He fills it back up. "Sounds more like a religion."
“Well, that’s fine too. Hard ta be understandin’ towards someone if ya ain’t fine with em’ not likin’ th’ teachings, haw haw.” He said with a dopey smile.
"Never been a fan of Wuju style teachings. Always felt sorta.... Hypocritical." Then again his own master and his brother said the same things.
"Hmm...dunno. Yi says its cause Wuju encourages practicing kindness an' understandin' towards others, while firmly protectin' who ya got. Kong says its cause he's got charisma."
"Sounds weird." He wipes his chin, pouring another drink. "I wonder how you Wuju folk are able to make friends with foreigners so easily."
“Oh! Hmm…well, Ezreal’s an explorer who travels around findin’ all sorts of neat treasures an’ stuff, an’ Neeko’s a lizard who can transform into folks.” He nods his head. That should make sense. Probably. “They’re both nice, but Ah’ dun’ know em’ too well beyond that.”
He takes a longer sip. "Ezreal and Neeko? Who?" Admittedly many of the Ionian legends don't seem to be very approachable or prone to connection. Yasuo especially. "Not familiar with a lot of names."
“Mmmh, not much. Ahri’s been hangin’ out with Ezreal an’ Neeko, Yi’s been busy with Wuju stuff, an’ Kong’s…Kong, haw haw. Life as usual.” He takes a gentle sip from his cup.
a disgruntled patron looked at him and several of the women who were about to come up to yasuo hesitated. but yasuo didnt seem to mind. "Well. What's new?" He said pouring out two cups.
Don’t worry, Ah’ made sure ta bring plenty. He smiled and pulled up TWO chairs, fit for a Vastayan of his size and stature.
well. pull up a chair. if you can find one that wont break. and make sure you cover your tab, not exactly the most liquid right now. well. im mostly liquid right now, from how long ive been here i guess.
Hmm...yeah, he does get pretty mad when ya break his stuff. Prolly fer th' best then.
i dont know if id consider us friends so much as i know him because his dad knew my dad sort of relationship. either way im not a fan of borrowing other peoples stuff. tendency to break it.
