Valley High School cross country and track and field/ 2017, 2018, and 2019 state track & field champions/ 34 time state cross country team qualifiers.
xc team still meet at raccoon, but park at lodge instead and head to shelter area.

Moved up a few spots on our top ten list this past weekend.
Miciah LeLaCheur finishes the weekend with a 5th place in the 110 high hurdles in 14.28 and is now 3rd all-time at Valley
Jon Owen breaks the Valley school record and finishes 9th in a time of 1:54.67 in the 800
4x200 finishes in 10th place at state and a seasons best time! LeLaCheur, Cribari, Levine, Alexander are now 7th All-Time at Valley in this event!
Miciah is 6th in prelims in 110high hurdles and will compete tomorrow in the finals.
The 1600 medley (DeGroote, Fleming, Levine, Owen)finishes 13th today with a big season PR in this event. This time is 4th all-time at VHS!
