Hosted a great World Aids Day event yesterday @BangorUni with @BCUHB and @FastTrackCities Cymru/North Wales colleagues. Event showcased the quilts made in educational workshops to address stigma and raise awareness of testing & treatment. #stigma #HIVAwareness #sexualhealth

For all that it was expected this is such sad news.
Earlier this morning Janey passed away in her sleep. Her family were with her. The love and support from all her friends and fans during this cancer journey brought her enormous joy. It has also been a huge comfort to us, her family and close friends, thank you.
How sad, Janey @JaneyGodley has ‘shut the door’. Bless her and her family, and damn ovarian cancer- I lost a sister to it at only 47. Janey did loads to raise awareness but we need so much more research investment in this one.
