Due to ongoing overhead bridge work, the ramp from southbound I-81 to eastbound I-64 near Staunton will be restricted to a single lane. This traffic pattern is expected to remain in place 24/7 through November.
New pavement markings on Route 250 help prevent confusion and smooth traffic flow approaching the junction with I-64 on Afton Mountain (near the Augusta/Nelson county line). The markings help local motorists as well as visitors coming off Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway.
