"It's always DNS!" So I've been working on a K8s networking test suite that includes internal (intra & inter node) resolution as well as external resolution. Hoping to expand this to include things like host NIC config, Multus support, MTU checking and more! All CNI agnostic.

Funny how CEO's think AI will replace most jobs but not theirs. entrepreneur.com/business-news/…
So, this site has completely given up cracking down on false, spam, phishing and likely illegal ads?
Getting real tired of the "Don't study computer science" / "Don't get a job in software rhetoric" You do you. AI is just a tool, not a replacement.
I feel a sense of indirect nervousness when people scan QR codes in car parks. Don't scan QR codes in car parks, or any public place for that matter.

Who in my network is going to #KubeCon EU? It'll be the first time I'll be at a Kubecon not on booth duty - looking forward to attending some sessions.
KubePlumber v0.0.6 is now released with built in overlay performance network testing. Feedback most welcome! github.com/David-VTUK/Kub…

It must be disheartening for new devs feeling overly pressured to use AI tools to learn to code. You could either take the arduous path of debugging, breaking, fixing, fully understanding your code and building those foundational skills or just ask a LLM and scrape the surface.
KubePlumber (github.com/David-VTUK/Kub…) soon to come with overlay network performance testing!

Yeah, this won't get abused at all. Guaranteed. Fucks sake.

I've been working on a Kubernetes cluster testing suite called KubePlumber - github.com/David-VTUK/Kub… It currently checks internal/external DNS resolution (because it's always DNS..) and overlay networking. It's still early stages but would appreciate some feedback.
It feels like all I see on here is how software engineering will be handled by AI by the end of the year. These posts are usually from everyone *except* software engineers. For the SWE's out there: what's your take? cc @MattJamesBoyle
