After we finish reading Jason Reynold’s “Long Way Down,” my 8th grade ELA students present this Lift Off project. Students select 5 people- a family member, friend, teacher/coach, fictional character, and mystery person- that they want in their elevator as they launch to HS. ❤️

Yesterday, we had our last Video Game Club of the year! These students have spent most Wednesday afternoons in my class for three years and I will miss them! @VIDASHARKS
