🤕 Do you know how to treat a bruise? Here are a few tips on the best ways to do so: 1️⃣ Get a First Aid Kit. 2️⃣ Apply a cold pack wrapped in a thin towel to the bruised area. 3️⃣ Ice 20 minutes on, then 20 minutes off.
