China is the leading manufacture of conventional and advanced reactors. They also produce more TRISO fuel than the rest of the world combined. We have to do better. We're doing our part to re-industrialize 馃嚭馃嚫 starting with our TRISO nuclear fuel factory.

Megawatt-class fission power systems can provide the energy for key architecture building blocks, such as propellant production, growing food, and in-space manufacturing that are not easily provided by solar on the megawatt level.

Solar panels have been the backbone for space power. But if you want a lot more power, fission becomes extremely compelling. It's lighter, it scales better, and it doesn't matter how far from the sun you are.

We can make basically any object you want out of refractory ceramics. Topologically optimized heat exchangers? High temperature extremely corrosion resistant components? Casting cores and molds? Precision turbine parts?
Establishing permanence beyond low earth orbit will be greatly enabled by megawatt-class fission systems.
