OPM is pleased SCOTUS, in an 8–1 decision, indicated that @POTUS’s EO 14210 and OMB-OPM guidance are entirely lawful. OPM will continue partnering with agencies to deliver an efficient, effective federal workforce that improves services at drastically lower costs.
