In Kassala State, #Sudan, children like 13-year-old Fatuma, displaced by conflict, are finding hope and healing at UNICEF child-friendly spaces. Here, they have a moment to be children again, joining activities like beading, crocheting, sports, cooking and art.

For more than 2 years, war in Sudan has disrupted education for over 17 million children. Today, hope comes in a blue backpack. 💙 Through UNICEF-supported back-to-learning campaigns in Blue Nile State, children are getting back to school.
