🇹🇳 Minister of Transport launched the first sectoral corruption risk management plan in this critical sector focusing on fuel supply chains. Developed by a specialized national task force, supported by #UNDP & #KOICA, the plan helps to expand & enhance public transport. #SDG11

Working groups from different countries 🇪🇬🇯🇴🇱🇧🇲🇦🇵🇸🇹🇳 refined proposals to strengthen the role of the education sector in safeguarding integrity and countering corruption. The proposals shall be submitted to concerned national authorities and supported thru @Arab_ACINET.

نعمق الجهود لدعم نزاهة قطاع التعليم ودوره في بناء ثقافة النزاهة. ورشة عمل إقليمية على مدى يومين في عمّان بالتعاون مع #UNDP ومشاركة هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد الأردنية وحضور نخبة من أصحاب الاختصاص من هيئات الرقابة وإدارات التعليم ومؤسسات تعليمية عامة وخاصة والمجتمع المدني.

It's always great to return to Amman! I'm amazed to experience, first hand, the strong commitment of stakeholders coming from across the Arab region, in spite of the extremely challenging circumstances, to deepen cooperation on promoting integrity in the education sector. #SDG4

Advancing the regional dialogue on education integrity through a 2️⃣ day regional workshop opened today in Amman 🇯🇴 by our #UNDP Regional Hub Director, Mary Kawar, and the Board Member of @Jor_jiacc Hazem Al Majali, with 5️⃣0️⃣ participants in attendance from 9️⃣ Arab countries.

3️⃣3️⃣ public officials trained to boost internal audit and governance in the health sector. Hosted by @EgyptAca, the 3️⃣ days of training built synergies between different ministries and oversight entities to assess and tackle risks of corruption to enhance health outcomes. #SDG3️⃣

With #KOICA, we advance regional efforts to integrate sectoral corruption risk management in the public sector. The latest success story comes from Egypt 🇪🇬 made possible through our longstanding partnership with @EgyptACA and our cooperation with @mohpegypt on health integrity.

Strong political commitment ➕ persistent technical efforts to enhance internal audit & governance capacities in 🇪🇬 health sector are starting to pay off. Results achieved and related priorities discussed today during a major event hosted by the Administrative Control Authority.
