This afternoon at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame joined the @UNBBCom to mark 15 years of driving the universal broadband connectivity agenda. President Kagame co-chairs the Commission alongside Carlos Slim. The session was led by @ITU Secretary-General Doreen Bogdan-Martin.
