Counsellors and psychotherapists might think about this. This is an ultra senior NHS person strongly advising clinical staff to remain within clinical frameworks, not to get involved with any gvt policy.
I would advise all staff colleagues and all service users connected NHS funded IPS services, helping so many people, to raise concerns about any pressure at all that they feel to push employment when it is not part of their therapeutic goal. Adhere to NHS principles at all times
