Nazik Elmekki's research interests include bacteria-host interactions and microbiome-based therapeutics. Outside academia, she enjoys rollerblading, running, biking, and spending time by the lake. Fun fact: she volunteered as a puppy raiser for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. (2/3)
