I will never understand the “modern art sucks” crowd, this stuff is incredibly beautiful, there’s layers (no pun intended) of skill put into this which is something AI cannot do.
1 hour study with some basic techniques. Hard brush, text brush, lasso, some soft round brush. Mostly one layer
