Willow - I like weeping Willow trees. Sora (for all of them named Sora lol) - Name of the first OC I eve roleplayed and it means sky, which I find comfort and value in. Like me, a lot of my sonas look to the sky to remember what life means. Irida - It sounded pretty ❤️

mimi’s name comes from the japanese word for ear, as in a rabbit’s ear (usagi no mimi)! i may have also gotten it from buneary/lopunny’s jpn names (mimirol/mimilop) i picked it bc i like bnuuies :)

I came up with “Hades” as his name because my partner’s Trainersona is named after anither greek god. So I just picked my favorite so they could match lmao. Been toying around with “Hades” being a nickname/stage name, with his actual name being my name.

"lexi" is not lexi's real name. but the reason i chose (and the reason SHE chose it) is pretty simple. the "lex" part sounds somewhat similar to eLECtric... eLEXtric....... going with the theme of gym leaders' names matching the types they specialize in

Eries name mostly came from ya know "Eerie" hes theater likes Gothic spooky stuff but also hes a boatsman and me being from Michigan LOVES the great lakes so I took an E off and boom hes named after the lake too

Cami’s name is based of of the chamomile plant, a soothing medicinal herb which correlates to her being a doctor Jack got his named based off of Jack the Ripper, and the fact that he’s a major Jack-ass Calla is named after the beautiful but toxic Calla lily

My name is Daryon and I wanted to create a character based off me, but a bit exaggerated to fit the world of Pokémon! So I just gave Daryon my first and last name, but gave him a different middle name than me and a different birthday to distinguish both of us!

As a kid I really into the Pokèmon Manga name scheme with colored names so i want an original of my own- Black and White was the first manga i ever owned and black is my favorite color so i mixed em. I named Grey after that since i felt like that’s such a cool name on its own
