I can confirm no new states will legalize iPoker this year. However, 2026 will be crucial for several states which includes MD and NY. We need to make it known that this is about consumer protection and the availability of sweepstakes casinos sites!

The reason why many play on these online sweepstakes model casino/poker games is due to the lack of legalization and regulation of online casino and poker games. @CAgovernor @GavinNewsom
I’m not entirely should what it would look like but it’s at least a starting point for now. Convincing Congress of such issue would not be an easy task especially given the current circumstances. If you support it great! If you have some ideas, that’s fine too.
I’ve been thinking that if more states legalize online poker, the states that are pooling their players together might need some sort of federal oversight. Should another state legalize online poker, the entity would automatically enroll that state into this federal authority.
