In the 1950’s, When Ted Lindsay tried to start the NHLPA, the owners fooled everyone into turning on the “greedy” players. We now know how wrong the people were. In 2025 the owners of the WNBA haven’t even had to try to talk the people into hating the players.
Take an hour today and go watch a youth sport, and just ENJOY it. Don’t criticize an official. Don’t trash the coach. Don’t belittle any of the participants. Look for the positive. I imagine some of you will be surprised how easy it will be to find.
