#Pirates on Sunday: “Fire everyone!” Pirates today: “Just a bat or two away!”

I knew it. The #Pirates win two games in a row, and suddenly we start hearing how the team is only a bat or two away.

Biggest underdogs to win a tournament: 3. #6 Pittsburgh Steelers, 2005 2. #6 Green Bay Packers, 2010 (actually not really underdogs) 1. #7 Witch Watch, 2025, beating out 15 other shows for the title of show of the spring season.

Remember when firing Andy Haines was supposed to fix the #Pirates?

Golf major season shouldn't end in July. Bring back the #PGA to August!

The media loves the term "all-in," yet it makes no sense. If a team goes "all-in" and they don't win it all, then by poker standards they should be a last-place team the next season. So many "all-in" teams end up right back in contention the next season.
