It's a great pleasure for me to connect with people all over the world through Twitter. I will introduce Japanese traditional culture and modern Japan.
Edo Castle itself is a huge bonsai itself.
Pine trees around the Imperial Palace (former Edo Castle) (first three). In the third, pay attention to the bonsai-like pine tree on top of the stone wall of the former Edo Castle's main tower. The last shows a pine tree with a typical curvaceous beauty, taken in Hama-rikyu.

In bonsai, the pine tree is also considered a very important and prestigious tree species. Because it remains green throughout the four seasons, it symbolizes the Zen values of constancy, patience, and moderation, highly regarded as a tree embodies dignity and classical beauty.
My visit to #Japan last year was all about sighting the curated pines all over. In little home gardens, the imperial palace grounds, at pagoda premises and then serendipitously at a bonsai workshop at Chome Marunouchi

In Japanese culture, the pine tree can certainly be considered a representative tree. Because the pine tree is evergreen, it is considered a symbol of immortality and longevity, and has played an important role in painting, poetry, and landscaping since ancient times.
I've put together four of my favorite photographs taken around the Imperial Palace in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. #

Loved my brief encounter at the Bonsai workshop Chome Marunouchi #Japan Each one was a masterpiece
Here are pictures from Germany, 2 years ago, in November I was in Hamburg in a beautyful Japanese garden.
Hogyoku-tei in the Shozan Garden is a guest house built in the 1950s by the founder of the Nishijin textile industry "Shozan," and is a magnificent and gorgeous building that displays the designs of Shoin-zukuri and Sukiya-zukuri.

In a corner of the Shozan Resort in northern Kyoto, there is a Japanese garden called Shozan Garden. Since we I had some time after lunch, I decided to explore the garden and the Japanese architecture within the grounds.

After enjoying the Gion Festival float parade, we had lunch at a restaurant overlooking the mountain stream in Shozan Resort. Because it had been raining, the usually clear mountain stream was murky.
