45 min of weight lifting or HIIT workout is >>>> than 3 mile run. I used to run 15 miles per week at one point. Then I discovered kickboxing and other HIIT workouts and I’ve never looked back! 😁

Swimming helped me when I strained my hamstring. I hate swimming but being able to power walk in the shallow end without feeling like someone was stabbing the back of my leg made it enjoyable haha
